BYO Storefront — your public designer page

The BYO Storefront gives your customers an interactive 3D jewelry designer at a public link, driven by the iJewel viewer and built entirely from your own attribute fields.

Access is granted per organization by TrackJewelry — once approved, the tile appears on your Home page.

Setup

  1. Connect — enter your iJewel domain and file ID.
  2. Inputs — the designer offers four inputs: Head, Shank, Metal01 (shown to customers as "Shank metal"), and Metal02 ("Head metal"). Toggle which ones appear publicly.
  3. Build each input from your fields — pick list fields you created (e.g. Head Shape + Head Size). Their values join together to form the value sent to the 3D viewer — no dashes in between (e.g. T22A + OV + 20 → T22AOV20). Short codes are only what customers see; the full value is always what's sent.
  4. Metal colours — for Head metal and Shank metal you can use the metal colours built into TrackJewelry (the six metals) instead of your own field.
  5. Default selection — choose what each input starts as; customers land with your defaults applied.
  6. Everything saves automatically a moment after you change it.

Live preview

The page shows your designer exactly as customers will see it, including "Sends:" lines under each input and a box listing every value being sent to the viewer — so you can verify formulas before publishing.

Public link

Your link is shown at the top of the page with Copy and Open buttons. Anyone with the link can use your designer.

Versions

Create multiple public-page versions of your designer:

  • Each version has its own name, unique URL ending, vendor display name, and inquiry destination email.
  • Hide/show inputs per version — different versions can show different styles.
  • Disable a version to take it off the public internet without deleting anything.
  • One version is the default, reachable through your legacy link.

Pricing

  • Load combination prices with a CSV: one row per full combination (Head, Shank, Shank metal, Head metal, Price).
  • Per version: choose whether prices show at all, and apply a percentage increase or decrease across all prices.

Learn More button

Per version, you can show a Learn More button on the public page. Customers fill in their name, email, phone, and message; the inquiry emails you with their selections — which designer, every chosen attribute value, and the final Head/Shank/Metal values — at that version's destination email. SMS consent is captured explicitly and never implied.
