The home page and branches
The Home page is your launch point. It shows a tile for every area of the app you have access to.
Rearranging tiles
Drag any tile to rearrange it. Your order is saved to your profile and follows you between devices.
The branches
| Branch | What it's for |

| Quality Control | Pass/Fail inspection records, live camera with crosshair, annotated photos (see Quality Control guide). |
| Inventory | Lots — groups of items moving through your workflow. |
| Item Catalog | Items, with their attributes. |
| Sell | Publish items to your public storefront. |
| Sales | Sales records. |
| Transfers | Secure hand-offs with rotating codes and signatures. |
| Documents | Paperwork linked to items and lots. |
| Repairs | Public repair intake portal and repair orders (approval required). |
| Accounting | Ledgers, counts, and exports. |
| BYO Storefront | Your customizable public designer page (approval required). |
| Attributes | Define the fields used everywhere else. |
Access
Which tiles appear depends on features your organization has been granted. If a branch you need is missing, contact TrackJewelry support at support@trackjewelry.com.
Other controls
- Add organization (top right) — create or join another organization.
- Log out (top right) — end your session.
- Your plan — under the heading: your subscription status and trial end date.
- Help & guides — opens this documentation site.
